Mercor is seeking Mexican Spanish voice actors for a short-term project with a leading AI lab to improve their AI model’s ability to handle and produce audio data.

Preferred background includes voice acting or related audio fields. Applicants must be born and raised in Mexico and fluent in English for communication. Project runs about 1–2 weeks, starting March 10, 2026, with a kickoff call required.

Formación

• Ability to talk in a “customer service” voice— neutral to upbeat tone with clear enunciation and consistent pacing.
• Attention to details on punctuation, commas, dashes. For this project, it is very important you are able to record transcripts exactly as written or edit them to reflect natural pacing.
• Having a professional audio recording setup (i.e, a home studio with a professional grade mic, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, editing software for post production).

Responsabilidades

• Record and deliver Mexican Spanish voice lines for AI model audio data.
• Collaborate with the AI lab and kickoff call to align on tone and pacing.
