Develop and implement technological solutions that integrate systems, automate manual processes and optimize plant operations, ensuring efficiency, precision and continuous improvement in key processes.
Design and manage SQL Server databases to ensure efficient and secure access to information.
Automate manual processes in areas such as quality, human resources, warehouse and manufacturing.
Identify opportunities for technological improvement and propose practical solutions.
Perform queries, manage RFCs, BAPIs and transactions in SAP to integrate systems and optimize information flows.
Plan and manage development projects, ensuring compliance with times and resources.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and define requirements.
Perform testing and debugging of developed applications.
Document technical procedures and create user manuals.
Resolve technical incidents and provide support to end users.
Provide mentoring to other developers on the team.
Work together with COE TEAM in Transformation Activities.
Be responsible for supporting users of existing Plant applications
Ensure that the cost reduction initiatives are implemented at the factory.
Support continues improvement initiatives within the production and other departments.
Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.
Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company.
Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5’s standards.
Properly use Personal Protective Equipment.
Databases: SQL Server.
