Qualifications

• Experience in IT Manufacturing infrastructure (servers, storage, network, databases).
• Experience integrating Manufacturing IT systems into production environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Manufacturing IT System integrations.
• Proficiency in system analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end integration of MES systems across production lines and areas with cross-functional teams.
• Support specification, validation and release of production traceability data and requirements.
• Ensure high availability for manufacturing IT systems.
• Analyze MES-related failures to identify root causes and provide solutions.
• Serve as the MES team consultant, offering guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and best practices.
• Train colleagues on manufacturing IT systems.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and productivity.
