Suntory Global Spirits in Veracruz seeks an Operations Supervisor to strengthen Perfect Store execution, lead promotional teams on the floor, and improve sell-out and on-floor negotiations. You will drive operational control and analysis, coordinate displays, pricing, front-of-store layouts, and planograms, while remaining active on the sales floor to ensure flawless execution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in retail and wholesale required.
• 3–5 years as an Operations Supervisor.
• Proven ability to negotiate on the sales floor.
• Expertise in sell-out, inventory, and turnover.
• Leadership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Operational leadership in the field, with a constant presence on the sales floor.
• Results-oriented and resilient in the face of challenges.
• Strong focus on operational quality and flawless execution.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of the shopper.
• Continuous improvement and operational discipline.
• Ability to optimize routes, processes, and team performance.
• Analytical skills to act on data (sell-out, shelf space, prices).
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
