Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced MEP Program Manager Coordinator to align EBMS integration with Design & Construction and site teams across North America. You will coordinate ITPs for MEP, BMS, and Fire systems, while managing third-party Cx agents and coordinating with OEMs and subcontractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in MEP coordination, and strong PM and AI tool experience. Travel up to 25% in US/Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years as an MEP Coordinator, MEP Superintendent or Mechanical Engineering expert.
• Experience with project management and AI tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Quicksuite, Power BI, MS Project, AI/ML, Claude).
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of construction specs (Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EBMS integration with Design & Construction and site teams.
• Lead MEP coordination and EBMS integration for 60-100 North America sites annually.
• Develop and maintain site-level tracking across portfolios.
• Manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment.
• Collaborate with pre-construction and construction managers.
• Track and report New Construction KPIs for EBMS.
• Resolve MEP-related delays, escalations, and RFIs.
• Verify ECM sequences for new launches.
• Coordinate BMS network and site connectivity readiness with IT and GC teams.
