Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Mexico is seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to analyze electromechanical installations, verify compliance with project specifications and Mexican norms, and prepare monitoring reports for client reviews.

The role demands ten years of professional experience with at least five years as a project manager coordinating MEP design and construction on Industrial, Manufacturing or Data Center projects, a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and bilingual fluency

Qualifications

• Ten years of professional experience with at least 5 years as a PM coordinating MEP design and construction.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation Systems.
• Commissioning experience required; PMI certification a plus; LEED knowledge a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to lead meetings and prepare reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6; MS Office; AutoCAD, BIM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze electromechanical installations and verify compliance with project specs and Mexican norms.
• Elaborate and control reports and monitor contractor craftsmen; recommend actions for improvement.
• Coordinate MEP work on site and supervise day-to-day on-site activities.
• Prepare, issue and present reports and attend weekly meetings as scheduled.
