Johnson & Johnson in Juarez City is seeking an Operations Technician II to support manufacturing equipment setups, maintenance, and documentation, with emphasis on timely repairs and compliance.

You will work with Maximo CMMS, follow EMS and health & safety policies, participate in new production transfers, and provide technical input on new projects. Fluency in Spanish/English and a technical background are preferred; GMP/ISO knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Technical career or equivalent related to mechanics, electro-mechanics, electronics, metrology or instrumentation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience or related training.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO practices, preferably in the medical industry.
• Proficient with computer software packages.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
• Knowledge of Maximo system preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Is responsible for the adjustments/setup of the manufacturing equipment and their corresponding documentation.
• Provides support to manufacturing for the timely repair of equipment and machinery.
• Performs corrective and emergency nonplanned maintenance activities according to the approved methods and documentation.
• Participates in the transfer of new production lines.
• Provides recommendations and technical support in new projects and OAC.
• Complies with all the safety policies of the company and other safety precautions within the work area.
• Complies with all the safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures the compliance with the responsibilities of the Environment Management Systems (EMS).
• Follows the Convenient Information Retention Administration Policies of J&J and of the Campus, record retention program, training and education, Document Retention Notices, Record cleanup, inactive records and Information Management, Vital Records, and if applicable, to suppliers.
• Has completed the environment and safety training, appropriate for his/her discipline.
• Is responsible for ensuring the compliance, personal and of the company, with the federal, state and local policies and procedures corresponding to the areas of Health, Safety and Environment.
• Enters his/her daily tasks in eCMMS or in the system assigned for that purpose.
• Responsible for the management of the CMMS MAXIMO maintenance system for Juarez, in regards of the maintenance planning tasks.
• Provides support in the resolution of problems related to the execution of the work orders process for maintenance within the CMMS or MAXIMO system or other types of mobile devices.
• Provides support for the change of assignment or reestablishment of a user of a password for Hand Helds or Maximo.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Performs other duties assigned as needed
