Harmac, Medical Products in Tijuana is seeking an Engineering leader to set goals for the staff, develop strategies for achieving strategic priorities, and oversee NPI and layouts. You will direct technical problem-solving and sustainment activities aligned with company priorities.

You will regularly report results to management and communicate changes in configuration across supply chain and plant management, while ensuring robust manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and technical knowledge relating to manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Minimum of 5 years in Medical industry knowledge/experience.
• Six Sigma and Lean certification.
• Experience with plant transfers and new product introduction.

Responsabilidades

• Set clear goals and priorities for the Engineering staff.
• Develop strategies, systems and methods for achieving the strategic priorities.
• Manage activities related to NPI and Layouts.
• Direct support on technical problems.
• Direct the sustaining and project related activities in support of the strategic priorities.
• Regularly report the results of activities to Management.
• Effective communication of any and all configuration changes to SC and Plant management.
• Manage activities to implement and maintain a robust manufacturing process.
• Manage activities to maintain equipment in operational condition.
• Develop the knowledge and skill base of the Engineering staff in support of the strategic priorities.
