Job summary

Hussmann is seeking an Engineer II to support design, development, validation, transfer, and implementation of refrigeration solutions. You will manage small to medium projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include developing and validating engineering solutions, supporting ECN/BOM/RFQ processes, performing root-cause analysis, and mentoring junior engineers as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear technical communication with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute small to medium engineering projects.
• Develop, validate, and implement refrigeration/mechanical solutions.
• Support ECN, BOM, RFQ, design reviews, and validation activities.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
