Callaway de Mexico busca un técnico de mantenimiento para ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y predictivos en una planta de manufactura. El rol requiere interpretar diagramas y fallas, registrar intervenciones en MAXIMO y colaborar en proyectos de mejora para asegurar seguridad y productividad.

Se valora experiencia con generadores, motores y sistemas automatizados, así como conocimientos básicos de instrumentación y un nivel de inglés técnico.

Formación

• Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y mecánicos.
• Conocimiento básico de Instrumentación.
• Seguridad industrial en entornos de manufactura.
• Conocimientos de generadores, motores, transportadores y equipos automatizados.
• Métodos de análisis de falla incluyendo árbol de fallo y 5 porques.
• Ingles técnico básico (deseable).
• 1 año mínimo en puesto similar.

Responsabilidades

• Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
• Diagnosticar fallas y proponer acciones correctivas.
• Cumplir estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
• Registrar intervenciones en sistemas y bitácoras (Sistema MAXIMO).
• Participar en proyectos de mejora continua.
