Professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with experience in designing mechanical or metal products. Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese to effectively interact with sister plants, or technical teams in Asia. Capable of interpreting drawings, developing 3D models, managing product-related projects, and coordinating technical specifications among multicultural teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering with a mechanical focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical product design, using 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, or similar).
• Knowledge of metal manufacturing, assembly processes, or development of mechanical components.
• Ability to review drawings, geometric tolerances, and technical specifications.
