Sensata Technologies seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to collaborate with local or global teams on product design that satisfies customer specifications, including design, validation, documentation and production release. You will complete all related drawings, documentation and release in internal systems.

• University degree required (i.e. Bachelors) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with local or global teams on product design that satisfies customer specifications.
• Lead mechanical design activities within cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) teams.
• Complete drawings, documentation and release in internal systems.
• Assist with prototype builds and production validation in collaboration with manufacturing, quality and supply.
• Direct interaction with customers to solicit specifications, schedule expectations and budget.
