HARMAN Automotive in Ciudad Juárez seeks a results-driven professional to drive process improvements in manufacturing. You will manage documentation, coordinate new project activities, and ensure ISO compliance while aligning with customer requirements and quality systems.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, strong coordination skills, and English proficiency to support cross-functional teams and external partners. Travel may be required in pursuit of program milestones.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in an industrial product manufacturing environment.

• English 90%, advanced level (reading/writing) for presentations.
• Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, engineering changes, documentation control.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the project.

• Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.
• Coordinates the creation of Purchase Requests for all equipment necessary for the project with Process & Test Engineering.
• Maintains the status of the project, using tools like Microsoft's Project.
• Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
• Coordinates all changes to the process with Engineering areas and the implementation.
• Coordinates all changes to the product with Program Managers and the implementation.
• Comply with the review of the status of PLM.
• Review the strategic points that relate to internal meetings and expectations of customers.
• Follow up with Program Managers the outstanding points in the bull-DV.
• Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding points in the runs of PV.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.
• Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements.
• Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.
• Identify and record changes with the product, process in part history.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management System.
• To ensure alignment with organizational goals and improve accountability, this management position is responsible for providing timely and accurate management inputs as required for operational and strategic decision-making.

This includes documentation and maintaining information related to:

• Separation of interplant KPIs
• Current status of assigned metrics
• Path-to-green plans and progress updates
• Any other relevant performance indicators and corrective actions
