Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali site seeks a Materials Specialist to determine raw material and component needs to meet the master production schedule. You will plan, supervise, and expedite orders, transfer materials between plants, and analyze inventory classifications to support production.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience and advanced English. Proficiency in MS Office and APICS is valued. This is a full-time, on-site position with no visa sponsorship.

• Analyze and control materials by inventory classification.
• Prepare/analyze reports, databases and graphics.
• Process engineering changes and inventory adjustments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

• Planning and supervision requirements of materials, components and or production orders .
• Make adjustments inplanning requisition of the components and production orders .
• Follow up on deliveries of purchase orders,negotiating and or expediting delivery times and conditions .
• Make transfers of materials, components fromplants .
• Analyze and control the materials according to their inventory classification .
• Prepare andanalyze reports, databases and graphics related to their responsibilities .
• Processing engineering changes,obsolete or restricted material and adjustments to inventory levels.

Perform other duties as assigned.
