Avnet in Mexico is seeking a Procurement, Order Management & Logistics specialist to optimize purchasing, order fulfillment and on-time delivery. You will align purchases with demand and coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure accurate shipping information and timely shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically less than 2 years in related procurement or logistics functions.

Responsabilidades

• Purchases and provides order fulfillment to support demand.
• Manages the order status process and ensures shipping/delivery information is accurate in company systems.
• Develops and manages relationships with suppliers to meet shipping and delivery commitments.
• Negotiates pricing with suppliers and provides quotes to sales to support opportunities.
• Coordinates with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time receipt and delivery; drives improvements.
• Manages non-conforming inventory, including disposition and in-process issues.
• Provides timely communication to planners, sales and customer operations on order status and problems.
• Assists in managing inventory aging and fill rate to meet business goals.

Educación
