Flextronics - The Flex Company in Juarez, Mexico is seeking a Material Planning Analyst to support production teams and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will audit data, prepare reports, create purchase orders, maintain the item master, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and cost control. Requirements include advanced English, a bachelor’s degree, and experience with MS Office and BAAN System; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with MS Office and BAAN System.
• Supply chain, material planning or scheduling experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Audit data for accuracy and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts.
• Collect, compile and present various data types from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain databases to support data collection and reporting.
• Prepare DPT packing lists and update item master content as needed.
• Daily review of transactions and client material flow to ensure accuracy.
