Stellantis in Saltillo, Mexico, seeks an Industrial/Logistics Engineer to drive lean initiatives and optimize material movement and workstation delivery. You will lead material flow projects, conduct plant audits, and apply root-cause analysis to resolve real-time issues.

The role requires 5+ years in material logistics and an engineering degree, with English proficiency preferred. You will collaborate across functions to cut losses and improve KPI performance.

Formación

• Engineer degree in Industrial, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years experience in Material Logistics Management or warehouse sequencing.
• Advanced English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Improve efficiency of material movement and workstation delivery.
• Lead and support material processes and flow projects for material, container management, facilities.
• Conduct plant audits and develop SIS reviews.
• Analyze inbound logistics and improve workstation delivery.
• Apply root-cause analysis using Lean tools and methodologies.
• Resolve material flow or production-impacting issues in real time.
• Lead training programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate inefficiencies.

Strategic Goal: Improve efficiency of material movement and workstation delivery through Lean initiatives, analytics, and technical process design.

• Material Handling Systems knowledge (management through problem solving skills)
• Logistics Loss Deployment - Finance analysis and plants Follow up, collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate inefficiencies.

Education

• Minimum: Engineer degree (Industrial / Logistics/ Supply Chain)
