ABB en Apodaca, Nuevo León, busca un Planning & Fulfillment Manager para convertir el plan de suministro en un master production schedule ejecutable. Colaborarás para traducir pronósticos a planes de producción con cronogramas y establecerás KPI.

Trabajarás con sistemas ERP/MRP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps) y desarrollarás MPS, planes de capacidad y ejecución de órdenes, manteniendo comunicación con equipos multifuncionales para cumplir la demanda. Inglés avanzado requerido.

Formación

• Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in an ETO, MTO or assembly to order environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps).
• Develop and maintain master production schedules (MPS), capacity plans, and work order execution timelines.
• APICS Knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Advanced English Level.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring interaction with firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.
• Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.
• Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.
• Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
