Amphenol tcs busca un planificador de producción para garantizar la entrega a tiempo y alinear la capacidad de manufactura con la demanda de clientes.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia con ERP/MRP y APS, habilidades analíticas y comunicación efectiva para colaborar con equipos multifuncionales.

Formación

• Licenciatura en Cadena de Suministro, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios o afín.
• Más de 3 años de experiencia en planificación de producción/planificación de materiales.
• Conocimiento profundo de ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle) y herramientas APS.
• Habilidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de fabricación de alta mezcla.
• Excel avanzado y gestión de stakeholders.
• Orientación a la mejora continua.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y mantener el Plan Maestro de Producción (MPS) con ERP y herramientas de planificación.
• Generar calendarios de producción y listas de despacho según capacidad y materiales.
• Proporcionar pronósticos mensuales de envío y actuar como punto principal con PM y servicio al cliente.
• Monitorear condiciones de planta y ajustar calendarios en tiempo real.
• Anticipar fluctuaciones de demanda e informar a la dirección.
• Priorizar producción en coordinación con PM ante cuellos de botella.
• Identificar inconsistencias en BOMs, rutas o datos de sistema.
• Gestionar interrupciones por faltantes de material o fallas de fabricación.
• Colaborar con Compras y Materiales para garantizar disponibilidad oportuna.
• Definir reglas de planificación: asignación de líneas, restricciones de equipo y secuencias.
• Impulsar iniciativas de mejora de procesos de programación.

Objetivo

Ensure efficient and effective production planning to meet revenue targets, shipment commitments, and on-time delivery performance, aligning manufacturing capacity with customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using ERP and advanced planning tools.
• Generate production schedules and dispatch lists aligned with capacity, material availability, and customer requirements.
• Provide monthly shipment forecasts and act as the main point of contact for scheduling with Program Management and Customer Service.
• Monitor production floor conditions (capacity, constraints, issues) and adjust schedules in real time.
• Anticipate demand fluctuations and alert leadership on significant upswing / downsides, enabling proactive planning.
• Prioritize production in coordination with Program Management when constraints in materials, labor, or equipment arise.
• Identify and communicate inconsistencies in BOMs, routings, or system data impacting schedule accuracy.
• Manage and respond to schedule disruptions caused by material shortages or manufacturing issues, minimizing operational impact.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Materials teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Define and document production scheduling rules:
• Line assignments
• Equipment and test constraints
• Setup optimization opportunities
• Product sequencing strategies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling processes and tools.

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• +3–5 years experience in production planning / scheduling / materials management (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience with Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) tools is a plus.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills; able to interact with cross-functional teams.
