Job summary

TE Connectivity in TIJUANA, Baja California, is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to own the Master Production Schedule across a 4–13 week horizon and manage demand, supply, and capacity to enable on-time delivery. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service, maintain ERP SAP/IBP data, and drive improvements in schedule accuracy and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
• Proficient in SAP and IBP planning and scenario tools.
• APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze capacity, lead times, and throughput to optimize production flow.
• Translate monthly supply plans into weekly executable MPS outputs.
• Monitor schedule adherence and identify risks to delivery.
• Collaborate with Supply Planners, Customer Service, and Product Management.
• Publish KPI dashboards and schedule status updates.
