Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a data & tooling specialist to manage Master Data tools and support their evolution while troubleshooting. The role focuses on tool functionality, efficiency improvements, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will develop requested tools, formalize customer needs, and liaise with IT for outsourced development. Training on AI usage with Teams will be part of the remit.

• Propose simplification in the tool or process to improve improvement of the global efficiency
• Support Tool creation or evolution

• Develop requested tools or link business customers with IT dedicated team if development is outsource
• Support launch and improvement process of new tools
• Support AI implementation on Teams activities
• Identify potential use of AI tools to improve efficiency and robustness of data gathering process
• Conduct training on the usage of AI tools within the team

YOUR ROLE

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience with advanced function of Excel, Power BI and Power Query
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• KnowledgeofGenerative AIand familiarity withMicrosoft Copilotcapabilities and adoption strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to influence across teams without direct authority; strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Customer-focused approach understands end-user workflow pain points and drives practical, adoptable solutions.
