Aptiv in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Master Data Agent to maintain vendor master data, manage payment terms, Incoterms, and related vendor functions. You will also handle bank details and payment methods to ensure accurate, compliant documentation.

Responsibilities include ensuring documentation is complete, providing timely follow-up, and resolving open cases, collaborating with procurement and finance teams for smooth operations.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) module is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Finance (FI) module is preferred.

• Maintain vendor master data attributes per corporate procedures.
• Manage commercial information such as payment terms, Incoterms, and related vendor functions.
• Manage financial information including bank account details and payment methods.
• Ensure that all documentation submitted with each request is complete, accurate, and compliant with established requirements.
• Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open cases assigned to them.

YOUR ROLE

Master Data Agent, the primary responsibilities involve maintaining vendor master data attributes in accordance with corporate procedures. This includes managing commercial information such as payment terms, Incoterms, and related vendor functions, as well as financial information including bank account details and payment methods. The Master Data Agent is also responsible for ensuring that all documentation submitted with each request is complete, accurate, and compliant with established requirements, while providing timely follow-up and resolution of open cases assigned to them.

• Advanced English proficiency.
