Aptiv is seeking a Master Data Agent to maintain vendor master data attributes, including payment terms, Incoterms, and banking details, in line with corporate procedures. The role involves ensuring documentation is complete and compliant, and providing timely follow-up on open cases.

Ideal candidates have advanced English, solid Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, with preferred experience in SAP MM and FI modules.

YOUR ROLE

As a Master Data Agent , the primary responsibilities involve maintaining vendor master data attributes in accordance with corporate procedures. This includes managing commercial information such as payment terms, Incoterms, and related vendor functions, as well as financial information including bank account details and payment methods. The Master Data Agent is also responsible for ensuring that all documentation submitted with each request is complete, accurate, and compliant with established requirements, while providing timely follow-up and resolution of open cases assigned to them.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) module is preferred.
• Experience with SAP Finance (FI) module is preferred.
