Call Center Services International is seeking a organized, bilingual Marketing Specialist to support our fast-moving e-commerce team in Otay, Mexico. You will create graphics, emails, and product content for DTC and B2B channels, with room to grow and take early ownership.

Responsibilities include Canva-based visuals, email campaigns in Canva/Shopify, and optimizing product presentation using key e-commerce metrics.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Hands-on Canva experience with an eye for clean design.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics (CTR, Open Rates, AOV, LTV).
• Comfort using daily AI tools and navigating Shopify.
• Adaptable and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.

• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) daily to streamline copywriting and workflows while maintaining brand voice.

Requirements

Required

• $100 dollars monthly bonus according to performance
