AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Marketing QA Analyst to review and validate outbound email campaigns before they reach customers. The role focuses on QA workflows, data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards.

You will verify targeting, personalization, and dynamic elements, while maintaining rigorous QA documentation and sign-off gates in deployment workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in QA, marketing operations, or digital campaign review.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and QA workflows.
• Strong analytical eye — able to catch discrepancies in data, copy, and configuration that others miss.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting logic, and suppression requirements.
• Methodical, process-oriented approach; comfortable working from checklists and documented standards.
• Clear communicator — able to describe defects precisely and elevate risks without ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate all outbound campaigns before deployment.
• Verify audience targeting logic, segmentation, and suppression lists.
• Confirm data integrity of merge tags and personalization fields.
• Check links, UTM parameters, and redirects for accuracy.
• Validate platform configuration: send settings, throttling, scheduling.
• Assess campaigns against brand, legal, and messaging strategy.
• Log defects in QA system and communicate findings to Development.
• Own QA sign-off gates in the deployment workflow.
• Review post-launch issues and feed findings back into QA.
• Maintain and improve QA documentation and checklists.
