About the Role:
The ideal candidate must be a naturally Outgoing, Vibrant, and Talkative Promoter whose greatest strength is building genuine confidence and rapport with patients through conversation. You must genuinely enjoy talking to people, skillfully navigating conversations to establish a personal connection before discussing sensitive topics. This unique ability to use extensive, warm conversation to build trust is paramount to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management & Marketing Support
- Content Scheduling: Manage and schedule daily content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to maintain an active and professional online presence.
- Engagement: Monitor and respond promptly to patient inquiries and comments on social media to nurture leads and build community trust.
- Content Collaboration: Assist in planning monthly content calendars, focusing on procedure highlights, educational posts, and before-and-after photo compliance.
2. Patient Retention & Review Generation
- Follow-Up Campaigns: Execute systematic follow-up campaigns (via email, SMS, or phone, where appropriate and compliant) to past patients for review generation (Google, Yelp, etc.).
- Outstanding Bills Handling: Proactively contact patients directly regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements, requiring confident, firm, and sensitive communication.
- Data Entry: Ensure all patient interaction and follow-up activities are accurately logged in the client management system.
3. Administrative & Scheduling Assistance
- Scheduling Optimization: Manage the surgeon's professional calendar, optimizing scheduling to allocate maximum time for consultations and surgeries.
- Correspondence: Handle professional email correspondence, screening and routing messages to the appropriate in-house staff member.
- Document Preparation: Assist with general administrative tasks, such as organizing files, preparing patient documents, and light data management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hard Skills & Technical Proficiency
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly social media management and content scheduling.
- Client Follow-Up: Demonstrated ability to manage follow-up campaigns, customer service, or patient retention efforts.
- Tech Adaptability: Comfort and proficiency with common online tools, including Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and the ability to quickly learn clinic-specific CRM/scheduling software.
- High English Proficiency: Exceptional written communication skills are mandatory for creating professional social media copy and patient correspondence.
