Epicor is seeking a Marketing Ops Intern to support the Lead Entry team by entering, updating, and maintaining lead data in Salesforce to back the marketing workflow with precise data handling.

You will enter new leads, clean records, research missing information, assist with data migration, and uphold data privacy standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, Excel skills, good organizational abilities, and an eagerness to learn marketing operations.

Formación

• Detail-oriented and accurate data entry
• Proficient in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
• Strong organizational skills and reliability
• Interest in learning marketing operations and Salesforce

Responsabilidades

• Enter new leads/contacts into Salesforce with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Update and clean existing lead/contact records
• Research missing or outdated information to ensure data accuracy
• Assist with data migration and other lead management projects
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
