Epicor is seeking a Marketing Ops Intern to join the Lead Entry team in a hybrid setting. You will accurately enter, update, and maintain lead data in Salesforce to support marketing workflows, with emphasis on high attention to detail and data integrity.

The job

The Marketing Ops Intern is a detail-oriented and motivated lead entry associate. As part of the Lead Entry team, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining lead data in Salceforce to support your marketing workflow.

What you will be doing

• Enter new leads/contacts into Salesforce with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Update and clean existing lead/contact records
• Research missing or outdated information to ensure data accuracy
• Assist with data migration and other lead management projects
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
