As our Marketing Director, you’ll have full ownership to build, lead, and execute a strategy that makes our brand unmissable — across social, ads, and creative content. You’ll oversee a small team and shape the voice, presence, and performance of everything we do. This isn’t a corporate marketing role. This is entrepreneurial marketing at its core — fast‑paced, creative, high‑impact, and freedom to experiment.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage high-performing ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Write or refine ad copy, hooks, and scripts for video content.
• Manage and coach a small creative team to produce daily social content.
• Build, track, and optimize lead generation funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Report performance metrics and iterate campaigns to scale results.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to translate vision into creative strategy.

Requirements

• A creative strategist who knows how to turn ideas into systems.
• Obsessed with results — data, analytics, and continuous improvement.
• A hands‑on leader who can manage people, projects, and performance.
• Fluent in storytelling and direct‑response psychology — not afraid to take bold creative risks.
• Experienced in building funnels, ad campaigns, and marketing automations.
• A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, visionary environment.
• Exceptional in written and spoken English — detail‑driven communicator.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a full‑stack marketer.
• Proven record building lead generation or paid advertising systems that delivered ROI.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads.
• Graphic designer and video editor.
• ClickUp / Notion / Slack for team management.
• Strong creative sense for visuals, copywriting, and content hooks.
