Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager with strong HubSpot expertise and end-to-end campaign execution experience to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in owning the marketing operations, content deployment, and cross-functional coordination. Your work will directly impact brand visibility, lead generation, and the operational efficiency of the marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot Marketing Hub operations, including automated sequences, workflows, segmentation, scoring, data hygiene, dashboards, and integrations.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns by building email sequences, landing pages, conversion funnels, and coordinating creative assets with outsourced designers and video teams.
- Maintain a unified marketing calendar across campaigns, webinars, conferences, events, and social platforms, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
- Plan and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels, repurposing existing materials and coordinating with video teams.
- Manage webinar and event operations, including registration pages, reminders, presenter coordination, follow-up sequences, and performance reporting.
- Support content marketing by drafting or refining short-form content, managing case studies, and maintaining an internal library of brand assets and sales materials.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors across SEO, video, design, and development; define scopes of work, track deliverables, and ensure brand alignment.
- Provide internal support for advisors and leadership by producing pitch decks, one-pagers, bios, deal announcements, and recruitment marketing materials.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent writing skills for clear, professional short-form content.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and leverage data for optimization.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency, design fundamentals, and content quality.
- Experience coordinating external contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B professional services, M&A, private equity, real estate, or financial services.
- Basic CMS/web management capabilities.
- Light video editing or graphic design abilities.
- Experience collaborating with remote teams and managing outsourced talent.
