Salary: $7-$10 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide critical support to the owner\'s wife and secretary. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a dedicated individual who wants to grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative & Back Office Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to help manage the back office workload.
  • Marketing & Branding: Manage and execute marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on Facebook advertisements. This includes creating and promoting video content to generate leads and familiarity with AI creation/content.
  • Sales Support: Handle sales-related tasks, including lead follow-up and answering phone calls from prospective clients. You must be comfortable dealing with objections, qualifying leads, and having natural conversations, not just reading from a script.
  • General Operations: Provide project and sales support as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and solve problems to improve business efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on Facebook advertising. Some sales experience is also highly valued.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for client and internal interactions.
  • Proactive & Flexible: A problem-solver who is willing to learn and take on new challenges. Must be adaptable to the evolving needs of a small, growing business.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using various software and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp, Google platforms). Familiarity with AI tools is a significant plus, as you\'ll be expected to help integrate them into our workflow.
  • Accountability: You will be expected to use accountability tools like Hubstaff to track your work, including screen activity and idle time.
