We are seeking a skilled Marketing Brand Management to join our dynamic team, specializing in go-to-market communication. Solid knowledge and strong understanding of developing communication and go-to-market plans, coordinating 360º cross-media campaigns (online and off-line planning and innovation projects, digital presence, content creation, CRM, promotions, sponsorships, partnerships, and BTL activations). Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business, delivering results driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic planning and management of all marketing activities related to smartphone and accessories launches designing go to market and brand building plans
- Communication briefings design and campaigns coordination with digital and off-line agencies, managing the creative concepts, media planning, execution, influencers and optimization of the campaigns.
- Support to sales, PR, trade marketing, training and channel marketing teams;
- Market analysis, strategic and tactical planning of the category;
- Management of promotional/ hard sell campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, PR, trade marketing, training and channel marketing teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our advertising strategies remain innovative and competitive.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the e-commerce and marketplace landscape.
Qualifications
- Marketing professional with +8 years of experience in marketing area, preferable on multinational technology companies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. English advanced
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on product launch 360º campaign
- Proficiency in utilizing analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
