This position will play a key role in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes while supporting safety, quality, and productivity objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.


• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments.


• Knowledge of Core Tools, PFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and IATF 16949 requirements.


• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing process optimization.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.


• English proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with welding manufacturing processes.


• Knowledge of robotic welding and welding quality standards.


• IWS (International Welding Specialist) Certification preferred.


• Experience supporting new launches and manufacturing process validations.
