Advanced Energy is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II in Mexicali, Mexico. You will collect DPPM data, document processes, and balance production timing while developing instructions and workflows.

Responsibilities include analyzing production flow, implementing corrective actions, and designing fixtures and tooling. You will coordinate tooling procurement and support continuous improvement efforts in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience in electronics industry preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 1+ years in manufacturing environment preferred.

The Manufacturing Technician primary responsibilities include:

• DPPM's data Collection.
• Process documentation.
• Balancing and timing in production processes.
• Elaboration of Instructions and work.
• Production flow analysis and corrective action execution responsible.
• Mechanical design of fixtures and tools.
• Coordinate tooling procurement.

SKILLS

• MS Office handling
• Knowledge of time taking in production processes.
• Knowledge of English (> 70%).
• MINITAB Desirable

EXPERIENCE

Essential:

• Experience in Electronics Industry Preferable
• Six Sigma Certification preferable
• 1+ years' experience in the manufacturing environment is preferred.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree or unfinished career (manufacturing engineer, electronic engineering, mechanical engineer)
