The Quality Engineer at Vertiv Co will ensure products meet quality standards in line with customer specifications, industry regulations, and internal requirements. You will analyze manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement to consistently produce high-quality components.

You will lead inspections, audits, and tests, develop SOPs, review designs for quality, perform root cause analysis, and mentor staff.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
4–8 years in a quality engineering role, preferably HVAC or assembly components.
Experience supervising quality technicians and leading improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ASQ standards.

Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes for quality and regulatory compliance.
Conduct inspections, audits, and tests of components to ensure standards.
Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for quality control and testing.
Review designs and production methods to embed quality from the start.
Perform root cause analysis and collaborate to resolve issues.
Collaborate with clients and partners to address quality concerns promptly.
Supervise and mentor quality technicians; deliver training on standards.
Maintain records of inspections and tests for traceability and compliance.
Prepare and present quality reports with KPIs and improvement plans.
