Sanmina in Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Mgmt level 2 to direct development and implementation of production activities to meet goals of quality and cost efficiency. You will lead production teams, staffing decisions, and staff development.

You will prioritize schedules, manage budgets and procedures, and make recommendations on capital expenditures. The role requires strong leadership, operations planning, and people management to ensure smooth manufacturing performance.

Formación

• Directs development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet goals, quality and cost objectives.
• Plans and administers procedures and budgets; recommends capital expenditures and labor costs.

Responsabilidades

• Direct staff staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and material supply.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
