A leading automotive technology company in Toluca seeks a manufacturing process engineer to optimize production methods for Wiper Motors. This role involves analyzing specifications, implementing adjustments, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Candidates should hold an engineering degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, along with advanced English proficiency.

Formación

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Structured, systematic and analytical approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal intelligence.

Responsabilidades

  • Plan, develop, update and optimize manufacturing methods.
  • Analyze and implement new projects based on specifications.
  • Lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving.

Job Description

Main Objective

Responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.

Fulfill the security, quality, delivery and cost requirements within the manufacturing area responsible for producing Wiper Motors. Highly automated, high value-add manufacturing process incl. robotics, vision systems and a high range of assembly processes.

What challenges will you have?

  • Analyze and implement new projects by interpreting specifications, designs and line capabilities.
  • Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
  • Responsible for reducing down times on production: leadthe Continuous Improvement Process andProblem Solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process.
  • Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.).
  • Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.
  • Provide the correct tool specificationsand the required changes in toolingin order to ensure the continuity and qualityduring production.
  • Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
  • Ensure the efficiencyof the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for scrap and failure costs
Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic
  • From 3to 5years of experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Advanced English level
