• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial/Mechatronic/Electronic/Electrical) or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and goals.
• Ability to influence and build relationships aligned with BD values.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies critical equipment settings and creates work standards.
• Creates technical knowledge for manufacturing and transfers to operators and technicians.
• Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyzes top losses, drives improvement to improve OEE performance.
• Handles change control, validation activities, root cause analysis, and training material creation.
• Leads process validation and develops standards for material/process changes.
• Leads problem solving with continuous improvement tools.
• Implements BD Excellence processes for the unit.
• Ensures compliance with BD quality systems and safety regulations.
