Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a product engineer for aerospace manufacturing at the El Marqués Industrial Park Plant, Querétaro, Mexico. You will define, develop, and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence and supporting diagrams, and provide technical support for production processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in aerospace or automotive product engineering, a Bachelor's in engineering, English proficiency, and strong skills in MS Office.

Qualifications

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing or automotive product engineering environment.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial and Systems Engineering.
• You have experience working with structural manufacturing.
• You possess intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written) and are able to hold conversations in English.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (Charts, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros), and PowerPoint.
• You have knowledge of CATIA V5, SAP, 3DVIA, and DITMCO.

Responsibilities

• Based on engineering documentation, define, develop, and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
• Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned that ensure product integrity.
• You design methodologies to ensure design requirements are met in product planning.
• You participate in, validate, and provide feedback on production requirements based on site impact analysis.
• You ensure the functionality of tooling and visual aids used during implementation on the production line.
• You promote continuous improvements on the production line.
