Formación

• Minimum high school education.
• At least 3 months of maquiladora experience.
• Experience in compressor manufacturing is desirable.
• Ability to communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• No drug or alcohol record at prior employment.
• Knowledge and focus on personal safety during operations.
• Ethical conduct within the company.
• Hiring for Shift C (Fri, Sat and Sun 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM).
