Franklin Electric Co. in Mexico–Guadalupe is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize all production operations at the Guadalupe site. You will ensure efficient processes, meet quality standards, and deliver products on time and within budget.

You will mentor supervisors, collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Quality, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven plans and a strong safety culture.

Formación

• Experience: At least 3 years in the Manufacturing departments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and control manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and staff to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications by enforcing quality control procedures and collaborating with the Quality department.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
• Work closely with departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality to align production goals with company objectives.

Description

To lead and oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for aligning production goals with business objectives, optimizing resource utilization, maintaining safety and compliance, and driving continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
