Rockwell Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Intern to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, process documentation, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to improve processes, maintain production records, and contribute to efficiency and quality improvements within a dynamic production environment.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• At least one year remaining before graduation.
• Interest in manufacturing, production processes and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update visual aids for production processes.
• Develop, standardize, and improve work instructions.
• Support Manufacturing Engineers in daily operations and project activities.
• Document and analyze manufacturing processes including assembly, wiring, and tool use.
• Assist in implementing improvements to industrial and mechanical processes.
• Manage and track BOM changes.
• Maintain and update material changes within company systems.
• Organize and maintain production routings and work orders.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
