Job Description

The Manufacturing Head for RTF (Ready to Fill) is responsible for leading syringe production operations within classified areas, ensuring full compliance with national and international pharmaceutical standards (NOM-241, ICH Q9/Q10, Annex 1, etc.).

This role involves developing operational and quality strategies, managing resources, establishing performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement projects in a highly regulated, sterile production environment. The position also includes leading the operational team (supervisors and technicians), ensuring training, performance, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields).
  • 3 to 6 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, especially in sterile product environments, primary packaging, and classified cleanrooms.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, pharmaceutical quality systems (ICH Q9/Q10, NOM-241, EU GMP Annex 1).
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SAP, Microsoft Office.
  • Personnel management and process control in regulated environments.
  • Leadership, results and quality focus, decision-making, problem-solving, empathy, and effective communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and presenting technical information).
