PPG in Saltillo, Mexico is seeking Manufacturing Production Workers focused on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment across machining, processing, assembly, and packaging lines.

You will set up equipment before orders, operate it safely, inspect and maintain it, support junior operators, perform repairs and cleaning, and ensure safety procedures are followed to sustain output and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Inspect equipment to identify replacements, malfunctions and repairs.
• Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
• Provide assistance to junior operators in their assigned responsibilities.
• Repair and clean the equipment when needed.
• Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements.
• Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
