Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing production processes focused on efficiency, quality, and compliance with aerospace standards. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, quality, production, and supply chain departments to ensure that products are manufactured according to technical, regulatory, and customer requirements.

This position requires skills in analysis, project management, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive, self-directed professional with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, regulated, and results-oriented environment.

Education

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the aerospace, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.

Language

Language:

Intermediate to advanced English level (able to communicate effectively in technical environments and with international customers or suppliers).

Technical Knowledge

• Manufacturing and assembly processes
• Interpretation of engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications
• First Article Inspection (FAI) according to AS9102
• Use of Net-Inspect platform
• Aerospace industry standards and regulations (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.)
• Quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, SPC, 8D, among others
• Problem-solving methodologies: 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa), Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Project Management

Software Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of computer systems and ERP platforms (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (preferred: SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar)
