• Completed bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred fields: Industrial, Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related manufacturing field).
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary manufacturing contact for one or two product groups and coordinate product introduction and modifications.
• Coordinate product introduction and modification projects, including activities, owners, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage engineering changes with machine-level effectivity and ensure appropriate follow-up from technical evaluation through production implementation.
• Analyze engineering change notices to determine effects on parts, manufacturing methods, welding and assembly processes, tooling, documentation, and production operations.
• Develop and maintain organized manufacturing and project documentation to support implementation, traceability, and cross-functional communication.
• Provide technical support for welding and assembly processes, including production part runs, line implementation, manufacturing documentation, and tooling requirements.
• Prepare and analyze project and manufacturing data using Excel and Power BI to communicate progress, risks, open actions, and results.
