Abbott is building a 1,200-job manufacturing facility in Querétaro, focusing on electrophysiology. The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and validate efficient manufacturing processes aligned with quality standards and lead equipment installation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of related experience, and strong English/Spanish communication, with knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and FDA standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong problem solving, validations, continuous improvement, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, and FDA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Install and validate manufacturing processes.
• Develop and manage manufacturing process documentation.
• Procure and manage manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing process and equipment issues.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Train direct labor on basic equipment problem solving.
