Job summary

Daikin Manufacturing Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, and global teams to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

You will work with global teams, apply GD&T, CNC programming, and NPIs, and help introduce new products, while maintaining our standards in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Mandatory experience in CNC Bending/Forming processes for sheet metal fabrication.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting CNC equipment, including Bystronic, Amada, Prima Power, ByKell, and/or Salvagnini.
• Knowledge of Panel Bender and Salvagnini programming environments/controls.
• GD&T certification or strong GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction), Engineering Change Management, BOMs, and blueprint reading.
• Experience using Agile and Oracle for engineering change control and product data management.
• Direct responsibility or support of MIG and Spot Welding production lines.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Professional/Advanced English with the ability to work with international teams.

Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes while supporting Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives. This position will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, and global teams to drive operational excellence and support new product introductions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Mandatory experience in CNC Bending/Forming processes for sheet metal fabrication.

Must Have: CNC Bending, CNC Programming, Sheet Metal Fabrication, GD&T, NPI, Engineering Changes, Oracle, Agile, MIG/Spot Welding, and Advanced English.
