Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace busca un Ingeniero de Manufactura III para Mexicali. Proporcionará apoyo para facilitar la manufactura del producto, cumpliendo requisitos de diseño, estándares de calidad y entregas a tiempo, buscando mejoras continuas en procesos de manufactura.

Trabajará con otros grupos para actualizar y mejorar los estándares de fabricación, gestionando ECRs, SOPs/IWIs, planes de trabajo y rutas BOM, y liderando iniciativas de innovación con Lean Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Requisito: Licenciatura en Ingeniería o similar.
• 5 años de experiencia en procesos de manufactura.
• Conocimiento de normas aeroespaciales.
• Experiencia con Lean manufacturing y mejora de procesos.

Responsibilities

• Someter ECRs.
• Crear ayudas visuales (SOPs e IWIs).
• Plan de trabajo / BOM, revisiones (DR/DI) y rework.
• Generar TMO's.
• MRR’s plan de trabajo.
• Liderar RCCA y proyectos de mejora de manufactura.
• Participar en proyectos de innovación con Lean Manufacturing.
• Realizar otras funciones según asignación.

Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.

Position Purpose

Provides the necessary support to facilitate the manufacture of the product, meeting the design requirements and quality standards and timely deliveries, seeking continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in accordance with the goals and / or objectives of the SBU.Work closely with the other groups to update and improve the standard for manufacturing as applicable.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Submit ECR's .
• Create Visual aids (SOP's & IWIs) .
• Work plan/BOM, Red lines/WOA's and Rework routines (DR/DI) .
• Generate TMO's .
• MRR’s work plan .
• Responsible of RCCA and execute projects to improve manufacturing .
• Lead and participate on innovation projects using lean manufacturing concepts.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements

• Research and implement new manufacturing technologies for existing processes.
• Experience with Aerospace Industry Standards (Specification).
• Desired assembly processes knowledge.
• Skills on Special Processes and Pyrometry.
• English spoken and written (80% advanced).
• Catia V4 & V5.
• Smarteam.
• CAS/Solumina.
• Autocad.
• MS project.
• Power BI and additive manufacturing.
