Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an engineer to perform general engineering work in the medical device industry, ensuring internal and external customer expectations are met with occasional guidance from senior engineers and managers.

You will adhere to safety, quality, environmental, and FDA regulations while developing and applying standard engineering techniques. This role emphasizes data analysis, root cause investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Solid technical aptitude with contribution to technical results.
• Functional understanding of Quality Management Systems and ability to complete QMS tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Maintain a calm demeanor in a high-energy production environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude with emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer’s Values and safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including FDA regulations and QMS.
• Work independently with occasional guidance to evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques.
• Review procedures and plans; evaluate products, processes and materials for improvements.
• Participate in projects to develop and implement new product and process technologies of moderate complexity.
• Demonstrate proactive insight into technical challenges and mitigation of issues.
• Plan, schedule and execute engineering work within a major project scope.
• Follow Integer’s production system methodologies to investigate improvements.
• Apply data analysis to establish root causes for product/process failures.
